You choose 1 of 10 Provider roles in each Adventure. You experience VOICE in that role. Your examples and skill-practices are in your Provider role. You acquire behavioral-skills in your role.

Online or eLearning builds knowledge, but not skills. Communication-skills require interactive structured-practice with others – that’s VOICE. Depends. If VOICE is done at one location, only the printed-pdf and a way to take notes is needed. Optionally, Players can read the VOICE-pdf on any i-device. If Players are at multiple locations, each Player needs 3 things: (1) an online-device (PC, tablet, phone) for your video-call app; (2) a separate means to see the VOICE pdf; and (3) a way to take notes.
The best group-video app for VOICE will have breakout rooms or breakout sessions or channels to enable your Pairs to talk/work separately from the Group. Many video-apps have this feature. If you are using an app w/o breakouts, then pairs can use separate lines/devices or be at the same place. The VOICE Administrator and first VOICE Guide(s) should setup and test their group-video call app.
No. VOICE Players (the Group) selects & rotates the Guide role (which needs little prep). The Guide can also act as the Host who invites the 2-9 Players. Bonus: Guides acquire group-facilitation skills.

1. First, obtain & setup a group-video app with Breakout Rooms or Sessions so pairs can talk alone.
2. Divide your VOICE training population into VOICE-Groups (teams), up to 9 Players each.
3. For each Group, choose one of its Players to be that Group’s Guide for VOICE-Adventure #1.
